* Front Desk Hours: 7am-11pm; After hours we have an emergency number to call for assistance. If arriving after 11pm, we will make special arrangements with the guest to retrieve their room key.
* If the guest's name does not match the credit card, we will need to imprint a credit card that DOES belong to the guest for incidentals and in case room charges are refused on the card used in the original booking. For corporate accounts that are paid by credit card, we ask that the company fax us an authorization stating that the company card is to be used for room charges (and incidentals, if applicable).
