Scenic footbridges lead you throughout the resort and to a spectacular oceanfront pool and private Atlantic Ocean beach. Experience championship golf, dining and shopping, nature excursions and the island culture at every turn. Retreat from adventure to the comfort of two and three bedroom villas designed to relax and rejuvenate. A deluxe shower in the master bath, full kitchen and private balcony are among the many amenities at your fingertips. Pets and recreational vehicles are not allowed. Please note SurfWatch is not a full service hotel and is still under construction. Thirty-five villas will be available by mid-June 2005.

SurfWatch is one of several Marriott Vacation Club International locations on Hilton Head Island. Guest check-in is at the property itself, not the Marriott Welcome Center at 1044 William Hilton Parkway. The front desk is staffed twenty-four hours seven days a week. Full prepayment room and tax is due thirty days prior to arrival. The credit card used to confirm reservations online will be charged thirty days prior to arrival unless payment is sent directly to the resort by check or money order. Reservations booked within thirty days of arrival require prepayment to a credit card at time of booking.

VILLA FEATURES AND AMENITIES Marriott's SurfWatch features luxurious two and three bedroom gardenview, oceanview and ocean vista villas. Non-smoking and smoking units are on request. Cribs, rollaway beds and wheelchairs can be arranged in advance through Vacation Comfort Rentals at 800-655-9315. Villa buildings have ramps and wheelchair access.

Two bedroom villas have a master bedroom suite with one king bed, alarm clock, color television, in-room safe and deluxe shower with sprays and bench seating in the bath. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, alarm clock, color television and private bath. The living room has a private balcony and high definition television with DVD player while the dining/kitchen area features a dining table and chairs with place settings for eight, breakfast bar, blender, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, cooktop stove and oven, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and toaster. A utility area is equipped with an iron and board, washing machine and dryer. Three bedroom villas have two guest bedrooms and place settings for twelve people.

All villas are air conditioned with individual climate control and each bath has a hairdryer. Villas have a complete set of linens and towels. Renters receive a daily tidy service from housekeeping that includes emptying of all trash containers, making beds with existing linens, replenishing towels and vacuuming. Full housekeeping services are available at a daily charge with twenty-four hour advance notice.
