Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed or two double beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa bed and outdoor patio. Most studios have a fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a separate bedroom with one king bed on the main level instead of the Murphy bed and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
