Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed or one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa bed. Some studios also have a fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one double Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a separate bedroom with one king bed on the main level instead of a Murphy bed. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, cooktop stove and oven, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
