Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed or two queen beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa sleeper. Most studios have a fireplace. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and sofa sleeper. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one king bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa sleeper on the main level. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one king bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa sleeper. One and two bedroom suites are non-smoking units. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooktop stove and oven, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Two pets are allowed with USD 75 non-refundable cleaning fee in studios and penthouse suites only.
