Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to make you feel at home for a day, a week, a month or more. Our suites give you fifty percent more space than a traditional hotel room. The Residence Inn Raleigh is located three miles from North Carolina State University, four miles from the IBM office on Six Forks Road and six miles from downtown.
Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed, one queen bed or two double beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa bed and patio. Some studios also have a fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. Two bedroom suites are identical to penthouse suites except they have a separate bedroom with one queen bed on the main level instead of a Murphy bed in the living area. All accomodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, cooktop stove and oven, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
