Accessible and non-smoking units are on request. All suites have a complete set of linens and towels. Renters receive a daily tidy service from housekeeping that includes emptying of all trash containers, making beds with existing linens, replenishing towels and vacuuming. Full housekeeping services are available at a daily charge with twenty-four hour advance notice.

Suites sleep up to four people. The bedroom has one king bed with a safe deposit box in the closet.
