The Residence Inn South Bend is conveniently located one half mile east of downtown and one mile south of the University of Notre Dame.
Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with fireplace or single sofa bed in some rooms. Penthouse suites are bilevel units on the second level of the hotel with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and fireplace downstairs. Some penthouse suites have a single sofa bed in the living room and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
