-There are rails on the walls of the bathroom and tub area (portable Stool available for the shower)

HEARING IMPAIRED GUESTS -
-Telephone Device for Disabled (TDD):This "typewriter-telephone" allows a deaf person to carry on a phone conversation by typing his/her message in the TDD. The other end of the conversation must also be TDD which can receive the typed message on a display and allows the second party to reply in the same way. (Qty 2)

Visual Alert System (VAS): This is a strobe light which signals to a deaf person a knock at the door, a fire alarm, or a telephone ringing. (Qty 3)

Closed Caption TV: This device connects to our RCA TV sets and allows programs that are "coded" to have the dialogue displayed on the screen. (Most of the rooms have these)

TV Audio Link: This is a headset that allows a hearing impaired guest to get more volume from the TV without disturbing other guests. (Qty 2)

Wake-Up System: This is an alarm clock which hooks up to a unit that vibrates a deaf guest awake. The device will not work with our hotel alarm clocks; therefore, a "set" is considered a clock and a "bed shaker" which is to be placed under the guest's pillow to wake him or her. (Qty 2)

Easy Listener Device: For hearing impaired people (as opposed to deaf), this "pack" is a master unit which connects to a speaker's microphone and then broadcasts by radio wave to five available units a noise-free amplification of a speech. This device is meant for hearing impaired guests attending banquet functions. (Qty 1)
