The Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix is an all-suite, select service hotel offering large homestyle suites designed to meet the needs of the frequent traveler or long-term stay guest. We are a two-story, residential-style property located in the northwest metropolitan area of Phoenix just one mile from Castles N'Coasters family fun park and 1.5 miles from Metrocenter Mall and the Rose Moffert Sports Complex. Downtown Phoenix is ten miles southeast. Hotel facilities include a business center, guest laundry and lush outdoor space with a children's playground, guest barbeque area and heated swimming pool and whirlpool. Complimentary passes are available to LA Fitness one mile from the hotel. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of USD 75 per stay.

All suites feature free high speed Internet access with wireless service available in meeting space and public areas of the hotel! Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed or one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with double sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and double sofa bed. Penthouse suites have one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, double sofa bed and fireplace on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a separate bedroom behind French doors instead of a Murphy bed in the living room. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area and double sofa bed. Some studios and two bedroom suites also have a fireplace in the living space and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. All one and two bedroom suites are non-smoking. Studios and penthouse suites are available in both non-smoking and smoking units. / A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
